Industries

One engine. The rules of your industry.

A medication list cut in half, a clause separated from its terms, a policy that stops before the penalty: generic search causes all of these. troveGEN is tuned for the documents each industry depends on, so answers come back complete and correct.

Web crawling

Bring in what is published online.

Much of what these industries publish is in documents, not web pages. The crawler collects both and files every document with its details.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does industry-tuned mean?

troveGEN recognises what kind of document it is reading and handles it accordingly, so the passages that matter stay intact and the key details become searchable. The result is complete, correct answers from statements, clinical records, contracts, policies and circulars.

Do I have to choose an industry?

No. Leave it on Auto and every document is classified when it is ingested. If you declare an industry, troveGEN prefers it but still checks the text, and flags a clear contradiction, so a bank statement uploaded as a legal document does not silently get the wrong treatment.

Can troveGEN crawl a government or company website, including its PDFs?

Yes. Point the crawler at a site and it collects the useful pages, skips the noise, downloads linked PDF, Word and Excel files and files each one with its details. Scanned PDFs found during a crawl are not read yet; scans you upload are read with OCR.

Is patient or customer data protected?

Sensitive identifiers are protected before anything is indexed, on every plan, and access rules are applied inside the search so people only find what they are allowed to see. troveGEN is not a medical device and does not give clinical advice.

My industry is not listed. What happens?

Documents are still read, structured by their headings and tables, and searched with hybrid retrieval. Tell us the kind of documents you have and we will tell you how well they fit.

Try it on your own documents.

Upload a real bank statement, discharge summary, contract, rate card or circular, and see how it is kept. No card required.
